FORD ESCORT RS2000 (MY PERSONAL FAVOURITE) Yesterday I stopped by at Heartlands Car Show. A variety of vehicles were on display - including Japanese sports cars, old Volkswagens, classic Fords, Minis, American, hot rods, military and more besides. I shot a few of my favourites. For me, the pictures were all about the cars - so I tried to capture them without people in shot (which proved difficult). This meant I didn't manage to get all the shots I wanted, but I got a few. One of my images has been shortlisted for a "Landscape Photographer of the Year" award - run by "Take a View ." Winners are due to be announced in autumn. All winners, together with further entries that the judges feel are worthy of commendation, will see their pictures published in the book, Landscape Photographer of the Year – Collection 11, by AA Publishing.
